BSNL Junior Telecom Officer Bond, Training, and Probation

Candidates selected for the post of BSNL Junior Telecom Officer (JTO) will have to sign a service bond of Rs. 6 lakh to serve BSNL for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of appointment.
The probation period will be 2 years for selected candidates.
Selected candidates must complete the BSNL training program successfully. If candidates fail the training exam on their first attempt, they will get one more chance, but failure in the second attempt may lead to cancellation of the appointment.
