BEML Online Application Form 2025

Candidates can apply only through the BEML online career portal within the given dates, as offline applications will not be accepted. Before starting, they should keep scanned copies of all required documents ready, such as certificates, ID proof, payslip, and resume. While filling the form, candidates must enter their experience details and write a short “pen picture” of relevant work, which will be used for shortlisting. OBC (NCL) candidates need to pay a non-refundable fee of ₹500 online, while SC/ST/PwD candidates are exempt. How to Apply for BEML Recruitment 2025-26?

  • Candidates must apply online only through the careers page of BEML at www.bemlindia.in after carefully reading the instructions and filling in correct details.

  • The online application link will be available till 6:00 PM on 07 January 2026.

  • A valid email ID and mobile number are mandatory for registration, as all communication will be sent on these. No changes will be allowed later.

  • Before starting the online application, candidates should keep scanned copies of the following documents ready:

    1. Recent passport-size photograph

    2. Signature on a clear white background using black ink

    3. Caste/Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable

    4. PwD certificate, if applicable

    5. Class 10 marks card

    6. Class 12 marks card

    7. Diploma/Degree/CA/CMA certificate

    8. All marks cards, along with CGPA-to-percentage conversion formula, if applicable

    9. Post-graduation degree/diploma certificate, if applicable

BEML Selection Process 2025

The selection will be carried out in stages based on the post and group applied for.

  1. Shortlisting / Written Test
    Group A & B candidates are shortlisted based on eligibility and merit from applications. Group C candidates have to appear for a written exam to test domain knowledge(except Office Assistant), reasoning, GA, and English. The written test will be conducted at Bangalore Diploma Trainee and Office Assistant posts.

  2. Assessment: Skill Test / Interview
    Group C posts may have a skill/trade test after the exam. Group A & B posts usually involve an interview or technical evaluation.

  3. Document Verification & Medical Test
    Final selection is subject to original document verification and a pre-employment medical examination.
