RRC South Eastern Railway Recruitment 2025: Overview

The vacancies are distributed across the following major divisions- Kharagpur, Chakradharpur, Adra, Ranchi, Tatanagar Santragach, Bondamunda, Rourkela, Bokaro Steel City (BKSC) Divisions and others.

How to Apply for SER Apprentice Recruitment 2025?

1. Read the Official Notification PDF to know where you have to apply, for which post and whether the number of vacancies are available as per the division you want to apply for. Aspirants can either go directly to the official website or click on the link we have provided above to fill the application form.

2. When you click on the link, a new page will open where the registration has to be done by the candidate where they have to first register on the page with important details such as your father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, educational qualifications, important certificates and other required information.

3. After filling all the required details, the last step is to pay the application fee of Rs 100. This fee must be submitted before clicking on the final submit button. Once the fee is paid and all the details are verified, the form is RRC SER Apprentice form is submitted successfully.

4. After the application form is submitted, the candidate will receive their password and other important details through SMS as well as on their email ID. These details should be kept safe. After receiving the details, you should save the application form and take a printout of it till further instructions are announced by the recruitment cell.

RRC Apprentice Selection Process 2025

The selection includes these following stages:

Merit-Based Shortlisting:
The selection process is entirely based on merit of candidates who will be shortlisted as per their 10th Class marks (with at least 50% aggregate) along with ITI performance. If two candidates score the same, then the older applicant gets preference and also if their ages are same, the one who passed 10th standard earlier is given preference.

Document Verification: Candidates equal to 1.5 times the number of available seats will be called for Document Verification. After verifying their documents, a final  merit list is prepared for the exact number of vacancies.

Medical Fitness:
The final selection will be done after candidates clear the required medical examination. Once candidates are declared medically fit they will be engaged as apprentices as per Apprenticeship norms ensuring a smooth, fair and transparent hiring experience.

RRC SER Apprentice Salary 2025

• Selected candidates under RRC SER Apprentice 2025 will receive stipends as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992.  The exact amount will be notified later depending on the trade.
