Top MBBS Colleges in India through NEET UG- Trend Analysis
According to the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), India’s top medical college is the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi. AIIMS Delhi has held the first position for four years in a row, from 2021 to 2024.
Following closely is the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh, which has regularly ranked second during this time period. Christian Medical College (CMC) in Vellore has also consistently ranked third for the last four years.
The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) has regularly occupied the fourth place. However, the fifth position has experienced small variations.
