There is an extremely important update for the students appearing for the NEET 2020 this year. As per the latest reports, National Testing Agency, i.e. NTA, has extended the dates for correction in the application forms for NEET UG 2020. Previously, NTA had opened the correction window for changes in the application forms for NEET 2020, but as the lockdown was extended by the government, many students were facing problems with the same. Therefore, NTA has decided to extend the deadline for corrections in NEET-UG 2020 application forms till 31st May 2020. The extension has been granted because candidates complained about the lack of resources during the lockdown to complete the correction process.

Now, as the dates for NEET 2020 have already been announced by the HRD Minister, this is probably the last extension in the correction window. So, all the candidates who wish to make any changes in their NEET 2020 Application Forms, must do so at the earliest, without waiting till the last moment. While making the announcement, the NTA tweeted that, “Due to COVID19 pandemic, National Testing Agency is allowing one more and last chance for making corrections in candidate-particulars and choice of centre cities in Online Application Form for #NEET (UG) 2020: National Testing Agency.”

NEET 2020: Last Chance For Corrections

Candidates must note that only online requests for the correction in NEET 2020 application forms will be accepted. The deadline for the same is 31st May 2020, 5.00 PM. Moreover, the candidates also need to note that the deadline for payment of the correction fee is 31st May 2020, 11.50 PM. Under no circumstances will any requests for corrections in the application form be accepted after the deadline has passed. Candidates have been advised to exercise due caution while making the changes in the application form. Further instructions are given regarding choosing the same city in which the candidates are residing presently. Check >> How To Prepare For NEET 2020 Exam?
