NEET PG Result Cancelled: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has invalidated the results of 22 NEET PG applicants from 2021 and 2025 who used fraudulent methods throughout the exam. The official website lists the contestants whose NEET PG results have been cancelled by the NBEMS.
NBEMS mentioned in a official notification “All scorecards and results of the listed candidates stand null and void.” “It shall be illegal to produce the aforementioned scorecard or result for any purpose, including employment, enrolment, registration, or admission to postgraduate courses.”
NEET PG Result Cancelled due to Exam malpractice
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) cancelled the PG results of 22 applicants for alleged unethical testing practices between 2021 and 2025. The decision comes as the NEET PG 2025 counselling process is scheduled to begin in the third week of October.
Twenty-one candidates were found guilty of misconduct during the examination, and one candidate’s result was invalidated by the Karnataka High Court. The NBEMS has announced that the candidatures and results of 13 candidates from the current year have been cancelled. The remaining candidates included in the notice are from previous years: 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
11 Foreign medical grads were also excluded in the List
According to media reports, the NBEMS has rejected 11 students who took the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) between 2021 and 2025 for similar wrongdoing. FMGE is a licensure exam required for Indian individuals who pursue medical studies abroad.

NEET PG 2025 Exam Details
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) administered the NEET-PG 2025 exam on August 3, 2025, in a single shift at 1,052 testing centres in 301 cities. More than 2.42 lakh students took the computer-based NEET PG 2025 examination. After exam completion, the NEET PG 2025 Results were published on August 19, 2025. The cutoffs for the open category, PwD, SC/ST/OBC, and PwD of SC/ST/OBC were established at 276 and 255, respectively.
The NEET PG 2025 examination, which witnessed over 2.42 lakh students take the test, has already come under fire for alleged lack of openness. Of these, 1,28,116 individuals were declared eligible to pursue postgraduate medical degrees such as MD, MS, and PG Diplomas.
