MHT CET Counselling 2025

The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test, often known as MHT CET, is a state-level entrance exam used to select applicants for undergraduate engineering and pharmacy programs in colleges across Maharashtra. Following the successful completion of the exam and the publishing of the results, counselling for admission to BTech courses in Maharashtra began at fe2025.mahacet.org and will continue until July 14.

Following registration and document verification, the State CET Cell, Maharashtra, releases the MHT CET 2025 provisional Merit List on July 19, 2025, based on the scores and preferences entered in the counselling registration form. It comprises the names of applicants who will be eligible for CAP rounds based on their category, academic information, and percentile score. After errors are resolved, the final merit list is revealed, following the provisional merit list.

MHT CET Counselling 2025 Merit List Updates

The Maharashtra CET Merit List for the B.Tech, M.Tech admission is released in a phased manner, namely, the provisional and final merit list. Upon the release of the provisional rank list, the grievance connection window will be activated on July 20 and will be closed on July 22, 2025. Candidates can use their Login to submit grievances regarding modifications to the data published in the provisional merit list. Such candidates’ applications will be returned to them for correction in their Login. The candidate must attach the necessary papers to support the claim for any correction/concession.

The status of acceptance/rejection of a Grievance submitted by a candidate will be displayed in the candidate’s Login, along with the most recent receipt and acknowledgement. Candidates who chose the physical inspection option must attend FC to resolve their issues, and the final merit list will be revealed on July 24, 2025.

MHT CET Counselling 2025 Provisional Merit List Updates

The MHT CET 2025 provisional merit list date has been pushed out to July 19, 2025, by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell. The provisional merit list will be released for B.E./B.Tech and Master of Engineering and Technology courses. The B.Tech/M.  tech provisional merit list was originally supposed to be revealed on July 18; however, it has been postponed for unclear reasons. Candidates who have registered for the counselling round can view the provisional merit list when it is available on MAHACET’s official website, fe2025.mahacet.org. Students can use the following steps to download the provisional merit list from the official website:

• Visit the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org.
• Click the link titled ‘MHT CET Merit List 2025’.
• A login screen will display; enter your application ID and date of birth.
• Your merit list will appear on the screen.
• Download the Merit list PDF and keep it for future reference.
