JoSAA Counselling 2025 Round 6 Seat Allotment Dates

Candidates who have been assigned a seat in the JoSAA 2025 round 6 counselling process can finish the online reporting (seat confirmation, fee payment, document upload/response to queries) by July 20. There will likewise be no possibility to withdraw from the JoSAA 2025 counselling procedure for the IITs.

Candidates who applied to NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs have the option to withdraw their applications until July 21 and must respond to the withdrawal query by July 22. If a seat has not been assigned in the NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs, candidates may register for the CSAB 2025 counselling at csab.nic.in.

JoSAA Counselling 2025 Round 6 Seat Allotment Fees

Partial Admission Fee (PAF), applicable exclusively for NIT/IIIT/GFTIs (to be paid from July 23 to 27, 2025): The partial admission fee amounts to INR 20,000 for candidates in the categories SC, ST, GEN-PwD, GEN-EWS-PwD, OBC-NCL-PwD, SC-PwD, or ST-PwD, and Rs. 45,000 for every other applicant. The partial admission charge will be applied toward the Institute admission fee. The Partial Admission Fee, when paid, is non-refundable.

Additionally, JoSAA has published the commencement dates for classes at various IITs and other participating institutions, which are available on the official website. For subsequent admission, all applicants who have secured a seat in any round must pay the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF). Verification of documents will only occur after the SAF payment has been completed.
