CBSE Term 1 Class 10, 12 Result 2021 22: Passing Marks

The CBSE Passing Marks for Class 10th & 12th are the minimum marks required to pass the exam. The students must have acquired the cut-off marks to pass the exam. According to the Central Board of Secondary Examination, a student must pass the CBSE 12th and 10th examinations with a minimum score of 33%. Students must pass the internal assessment, theory exams, and practical exams separately. Due to the spread of coronavirus this year Central Board of Secondary Education has changed the exam pattern and conducted examinations half-yearly instead of annually. Central Board of Secondary has conducted the Class 10th and Class 12th Term 1 Examination in November-December 2021. The CBSE Class 10th and 12th Term 1 Result will be available on the official website of the Central Board of Secondary Education @cbse.gov.in or on Digilocker. In CBSE Class 10th and 12th Term 1 Result the board will not mention the passing status of candidates, the passing status of students will be mentioned in the final mark sheet which will be made out of average marks of Term 1 and Term 2 Examination. CBSE Term 1 Result: Passing Marks

The cut-off marks for Class 10th, 11th, and 12th of Central Board of Secondary Education will be the same for Term 1 and Term 2. CBSE Term 1 Examination consists of 50 marks in which the theoretical part consists of 40 marks and the practical exam consists of 10 marks. The students need to score 13 marks out of 40 in the theory exam to pass the exam. In the below table we have given the passing marks which are minimum marks required to pass the board examination.

The students who have appeared for the Class 10th Term 1 Exam must score the minimum passing marks to pass the examination. Although the board will not mention the passing status of candidates in the mark sheet of the Term 1 examination. Below we have given the passing marks of theory, practical subjects. CBSE Term 1 Result: Passing Marks for Class 12th 2022

In order to pass the CBSE board examination, the students must score at least 33 percent marks in the theoretical and practical exams separately conducted by CBSE. Below we have given the important points regarding the Class 10th passing marks. Students waiting for their Class 10th result must know the points given below:

  1. Students should bear in mind that passing scores of 33 percent do not apply to the entire course; instead, they must receive 33 percent in both theoretical and practical/internal assessment.
  2. All other regional and foreign languages will follow the same pattern as English, with a theoretical test of 27 marks and internal judgments of 7 marks.
  3. Some schools also offer AI and Information Technology as alternatives for class 10th students, ensuring that their CBSE passing scores are comparable to those of computer applications.
