CBSE Date Sheet 2021-2022 Out: Check CBSE Board Exam Date Sheet

CBSE Date Sheet 2021-2022: Students in grades 10 and 12 who do not live in the same city as their admission will be able to request a change in their examination centre for the first term board exams. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) said on Wednesday that students in classes 10 and 12 who do not live in the city where their schools are located can request that their schools change the city of examination centre for the next term 1 board exams, which begin next month.

Exam City change request: CBSE Board Exam 2021-2022

As per the official statement, those students of class 10th and 12th who don’t live in the same city as their school can request their school to change the venue for their examinations, when CBSE informs them of the same. It is to be noted that the Central Board of Secondary Education will ask the students, whoever want to get their examination location changed, through an announcement later on the official website and then only the students will be able to proceed further about the same.
The controller of CBSE Examinations, Sanyam Bhardwaj stated, “It has come to the notice of the board that some students are still not in the city of their school where they had taken admission and are residing somewhere else. In view of the above, at an appropriate time, CBSE will inform the students to make a request to their respective schools to change the city of the examination centre. Schools will follow instructions given by the CBSE to forward the request to the board in an online system.”
Sanyam Bhardwaj further requested the students to remain in touch with the Central Board of Secondary Education. He said, “Accordingly, all students and schools are requested to remain in touch with the CBSE’s website. As soon as the students are informed in this regard, they can make the request to their school within the schedule which will be of short duration. No requests after the schedule will be accepted by the board for change of examination centre city.”

CBSE Term 1 Board Exam 2021-2022

On October 21, 2021, the CBSE officially announced the CBSE 10th and 12th Date Sheet 2021 for Term 1 exams for minor subjects. It should be remembered that the CBSE Board Exam for the 2021 session will be held in two terms. The Term 1 Exam date sheet has also been divided into minor and major courses. The CBSE Term 1 Date Sheet for crucial exams was already announced by the board.
According to the date sheet released on October 21, the CBSE Class 10 Term 1 Exam will begin on November 17th. In addition, on November 16, 2021, the Class 12 Term 1 test for minor courses will commence. The CBSE Term 1 Minor Exam Schedule is available on the official website, cbse.gov.in.

CBSE 2021-2022 Board Exams: The new exam pattern

The specific assessment strategy for class 10 and 12 CBSE board exams for 2021-22 was announced in July 2021 itself. The decision was taken in light of the COVID-19 epidemic. The decision bifurcates the academic session, having two term-end tests. It also includes rationalising the syllabus.
Both the term exams will be objective. As per the official announcements, they will take 90 minutes to complete. Because of the winter season, the tests will begin at 11.30 a.m. instead of 10.30 a.m. Exams for minor topics will be administered by schools, with the board providing the question paper.

CBSE Term 1 Datesheet Class 12 and 10 2021-2022

The Central Board of Secondary Education is responsible for administering exams in 189 courses and to get all these numbers of subjects to be examined, the time taken to conduct the examinations would take approximately 40-45 days to complete and that is a really long time. To prevent such a situation, the CBSE has decided to divide the subjects it offers. The Central Board of Secondary Education has thus divided these subjects into two categories; these are classified as the major subjects and minor subjects.
In order to complete the majority of tests in the least amount of time possible. Every day, the CBSE will hold multiple exams. Exams will be conducted in shifts. To ensure that students do not have to miss any exams, the key subjects offered by practically all associated schools will not be held on the same day. CBSE will form groupings of schools that provide minor topics, and the board will conduct more than one paper in the schools on a given day.

CBSE Term1 Datesheet: Exam Pattern

The term I exams will be objective in nature, and they will last 90 minutes. Due to the winter season, the tests will begin at 11.30 a.m.
The results in the form of a marks sheet will be announced once the term-I test is completed. After the first and second-term examinations, the final results will be announced. Furthermore, after the first term, no student will be placed in the pass, compartment, or essential repeat categories.
Before the end of term one, schools will have completed practical or internal assessments, as well as project work. According to the new pattern, the practical portion will account for half of the overall marks for the subject. The marks received in the practicals will have to be uploaded separately by the schools. Last year, CBSE launched an online portal for this purpose.
Also, for the academic year 2021-22, the Class 12 and Class 10 students are offered a total of 114 subjects and 75 topics, respectively, by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Moreover, this year, the CBSE has decided to divide the subjects it offers into two categories: major subjects and minor subjects. This is done by the Central Board of Secondary Education in order to prevent pupils from losing their learning.
As all connected schools provide the key disciplines, the tests for these subjects will be performed using a date sheet, as was done previously.
