AILET 2023 Exam- Every year, National Law University conducts the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET 2023). This is a national-level exam that is held once a year. If this exam is passed, there is a chance of admission to the National Law University. Aside from that, bypassing the AILET 2023, one will be admitted to UG and PG level courses such as Ph.D., B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), and LL.M.

Step 5:Please enter the necessary information in the “User Registration Form”.The information provided by applicants must be valid, and the information on the 10th mark sheet will be regarded as authentic; any changes may result in the application form being rejected.
Step 6: Click the “Confirm” button. Button for submitting registration details.
Step 7: Select the correct application form and click the “Apply” button.

Step 8: Then click on the “Pending Requests” section, select the form you would like to use for payment, and click “Make Payment”.

Step 9: Then you redirect to the payment gateway, Complete your payment of the AILET 2023 Application online via credit card, a debit card, or internet banking.
Select one of the payment methods, enter the fee details and pay the fee.
Step 10: After payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Candidates can then view and print the confirmation slip.

Step 11:Applicants should maintain a copy of their completed application form and their fee receipt for future reference.

Candidates must pay the AILET 2023 application fee using one of several payment methods. One can use a credit card, a debit card, or even internet banking to make a payment. Application fees for the AILET 2023 Exam vary according to different categories of students as follows-

•For General category students – Rs. 3050/-

•For ST/ SC/ PwD category students – Rs. 1050/

•For Kashmiri migrant/ Foreign nationals – Rs. 3050/-

•For ST/ SC (BPL)category students – Application Fee Exempted

AILET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

BA LLB (Hons)
  • 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% in the case of SC/ST/PWD)
  • Candidates who are taking their 10+2 test may also apply.
LLM
  • LLB or equivalent degree with at least 50% (45% for SC/ST/people with disabilities).
  • Candidates who are in their final year of law school are also able to apply.
PhD
  • LL.M. or an equivalent law degree with 55% marks (50% in the case of SC/ST/PWD).

AILET 2023 Exam Pattern

NLU Delhi has deleted two components from the AILET 2023 exam pattern commencing in 2022, including Elementary Mathematics and Legal Aptitude. As a result, the AILET 2023 exam will be divided into three sections: English Language, Logical Reasoning, and Current Affairs and General Knowledge. The sectional weightage for the AILET 2023 exam has also been altered.
