    B.

    798

    C.

    D.

    848

    Correct option is A

    Given:
The number of boys students last year = 610
Decreased percentage in this year = 20%
    Solution:
    The number of boys students this year = 610 × 80100\frac{80}{100} = 488
    According to the question
    The number of girls = 175100×488\frac{175}{100} × 488
    =74 \frac74 × 488
    = 7 × 122
    = 854
∴ The number of girls is 854.
