Given:

2x225x+3=0.√2 x^2-2√5 x+√3=0. 

Formula used:

The sum of the root of quadratic equation ax2+bx+c=0ax^2+bx+c=0 which is

Sum of the roots = ba\frac{-b}{a} 

Solution:

aa​ = √2

bb​ = -2√5

cc = √3

Substitute the values:​​

Sum of the roots = ba\frac{-b}{a} = (25)2\frac{-(-2√5)}{\sqrt2}

Multiply with 2\sqrt2 in numerator and denominator.

252×22=2102=10\frac{2√5}{\sqrt2}\times \frac{\sqrt2}{\sqrt2}= \frac{2\sqrt10}{2}= \sqrt10 

Thus the correct answer is (A)
