The Coal India Management Trainee Exam 2025 for Computer-Based Online Test for the Coal India Limited Management Trainee Recruitment 2025 will be conducted in one session lasting 3 hours. CIL Management Trainee Salary 2025
Candidates selected as Management Trainees will initially be placed in E-2 Grade, with a pay scale ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000/- during the training phase, which includes a basic pay of ₹50,000/- per month. After completing 1-year training period and passing the evaluation test, they will be promoted to E-3 Grade, with a revised pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000/-, starting at ₹60,000/- per month, along with a 1-year probation period.
In addition to the base salary, employees are entitled to several benefits such as Dearness Allowance, HRA, Performance Related Pay (PRP), and allowances under the Cafeteria Approach.
