The notice further mentions several important activities before the examination:

• Exam City Intimation Link will be activated 10 days before the exam.
• Travel Authority for eligible SC/ST candidates will also be available through the same link.
• E-Call Letter can be downloaded 4 days before the examination.
• Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication will be conducted at the examination centre before entry.
• Candidates should carry their original Aadhaar Card or an e-verified Aadhaar printout.
• RRB has advised candidates to ensure their Aadhaar remains unlocked and contains correct personal details to avoid verification issues on the exam day.

RRB Isolated Category Exam Pattern 2026

Candidates appearing for the RRB Isolated Categories CBT will have to answer 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions, carrying a total of 100 marks. The exam duration is 90 minutes, while eligible PwD candidates will receive 120 minutes to complete the test.

Each correct answer carries 1 mark, and one-third (1/3) mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.
