The Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) has officially released the JAIIB Exam Date 2026 for both the May and November cycles on its website, www.iibf.org.in. The JAIIB May 2026 registration process is currently live, and interested and eligible banking professionals must apply before 22nd February 2026. JAIIB Exam Date 2026 Released

JAIIB is one of the flagship professional certification courses offered by IIBF, designed to enhance the technical and functional knowledge of employees working in the banking and financial services sector. Only IIBF member candidates are eligible to appear for the JAIIB exam.
The JAIIB Exam consists of four compulsory papers, covering core banking, accounting, finance, management, and retail banking concepts. The exams will be held in online mode at designated IIBF exam centres. Each paper will be conducted on a separate day, and candidates will be required to report as per their allotted shift timing.

Is JAIIB Registration for the May Cycle still Active?

Yes, the IIBF has started the online application process for first session of the year. The JAIIB May 2026 registrations has been activated from 2nd February 2026 and the last date to submit the registration forms is 22nd February 2026. Only those who successfully apply, will be able to take the May session exam.

JAIIB Exam Shift Timings 2026

The JAIIB Exam 2026 is expected to be conducted in three batches per day. Candidates must report to the exam centre as per the batch allotted to them. The batch-wise exam timings and reporting times are given below.

JAIIB Admit Card 2026 for May Session

The admit card for JAIIB May Session exam will be released by 2nd of April 2026, almost 7-10 days before the exam date. Those who have applied for the JAIIB exam, will be able to download the call letters using their Membership ID and Password on the official website at www.iibf.org.in.

JAIIB Passing Criteria 2026

To qualify the JAIIB Exam 2026, candidates must meet the minimum passing marks set by IIBF.

• Score 50 marks out of 100 in each subject, OR
• Score at least 45 marks in each subject with an overall aggregate of 50% marks in a single attempt.
