GROUP-1: Written examination syllabus for Steno Typist(Hindi).

1) General awareness, Reasoning, Mathematics, Science, History including Haryana related history, current affairs, literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc.

2) Computer terminology, Fundamentals, word software, excel software, Power point, internet, web browsing, Communication, emails, downloading and uploading data on websites etc.

3)Subject related syllabus

  • व्यंजनों का वर्गानुसार प्रयोग एवं व्यंजन रेखाओं को मिलाने का प्रयोग।
  • दीर्घ एवं लघु स्वरों का प्रयोग, बिंदु एवं डैश स्वरों का प्रयोग, माध्यमिक स्वर आदि का प्रयोग, पूर्व एवं पश्च स्वर।
  • शब्द चिन्ह, संक्षिप्ताक्षर एवं वाक्यांशों का प्रयोग, शब्दाक्षर, क्रिया विभक्तियों का प्रयोग एवं “है” का प्रयोग।
  • द्विस्वर / दो स्वरों का प्रयोग, द्विस्वर एवं त्रिस्वर का प्रयोग, द्विस्वर एवं त्रिस्वर संबंधी नियम, त्रिस्वर चिह्नों पर अनुस्वार, शब्द चिन्ह एवं वाक्यांशों में द्विस्वर व शब्दाक्षर त्रिस्वर का प्रयोग।
  • त वर्ग का प्रयोग, श्वास्य व्यंजनों की वैकल्पिक रेखाएँ, ह, ल, र का प्रयोग।
  • अर्धस्वर “य” के अर्धवृत्त का प्रयोग।
  • छोटे वृत्तों का प्रयोग – प्रारंभिक, माध्यमिक एवं अंतिम; वृत्त स, ज का प्रयोग।
  • बड़े वृत्त का प्रयोग, सश, अंतिम स्स / प्रारंभिक स्स तथा माध्यमिक स्स का प्रयोग।
  • अंडाकार वृत्त या छोटे एवं बड़े अंडाकार वृत्त; स्त, स्थ, स्त्र, स्ट्र के प्रयोग / स्तर।
  • अनुनासिक व्यंजन (अनुस्वार) एवं अनुनासिक स्वर (अनुनासिक्य) का प्रयोग।
  • व्यंजन रेखाओं पर प्रारंभिक हुक (अंकुश), प्रारंभिक र तथा ल का प्रयोग।
  • अंतिम हुक एवं नए हुकों का प्रयोग (व, फ, ण आदि)।
  • अंतिम बड़े हुक या “श्न” संयुक्त व्यंजनों में “श्न” का प्रयोग, अभ्यास एवं अर्धवृत्त य तथा व का प्रयोग।
  • अर्धकरण सिद्धांत – व्यंजन रेखाओं को साधारण लंबाई से आधा कर एवं अन्य व्यंजन जोड़ना।
  • द्विगुण सिद्धांत – व्यंजन रेखाओं को दुगुना कर उनमें कर/कार/दर/दार/तर/तार/टर/डर आदि व्यंजनों का योग।
  • उपसर्ग एवं प्रत्यय की प्रतिनिधि रेखाएँ, मुद्राओं का प्रयोग तथा वाक्यांशों का प्रयोग।
