Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank Recruitment 2025 Eligibility

The eligibility requirements to apply for the BC Supervisor post at UP Gramin Bank is mentioned below.

For Freshers:

Must be at least a graduate (with basic computer knowledge).
Age between 21 and 45 years as of 30th September 2025.
Preference will be given to those with qualifications like M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA.

For Retired Bank Officers:

Must be a retired officer from Rural/Nationalised/Private/Cooperative Banks.
Age should be less than 65 years as of 30th September 2025.
Should have at least 3 years’ experience in rural banking.

UP Gramin Bank BC Supervisor Salary

The BC Supervisor post is offered on a contract basis for one year. Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 15,000. In addition, they will get a performance-based variable pay of either Rs. 10,000 or Rs. 3,000 per month, depending on how well they perform.
