South Indian Bank Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The age limit of the candidates should be less than 28 years. However, there is a age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates. Also, interested candidates must have passed Graduation in any stream.

The appointment is on a contractual basis, initially for three years. Upon successful completion of the contract, high-performing individuals may be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I). The salary at the Bank for Junior Officer/Business Promotion Officer is Rs. 7.44 lakhs per annum, which includes contributions to NPS, insurance premium, and performance-based variable pay.
