• Use your HRMS User ID and Password. Officers on deputation should ensure their login credentials are active before the application dates.

Open the Promotion Application Page

• From the HRMS home screen, go to: Self Service → Promotion → Officer Promotion → Apply Online Appl Officer

Fill in the Application Form

• Check that all personal details, qualification, experience, and branch information are correct in HRMS.
• Update your mobile number and email ID in HRMS if needed, before submitting the promotion application.
• If applicable, ensure details like Children with Special Needs or Differently Abled Category are approved in HRMS.

The eligibility criteria for PNB Promotion Exam 2025 are as follows.

• JMG Scale-I officers can apply for promotion to MMG Scale-II
• MMG Scale-II officers can apply for promotion to MMG Scale-III
• MMG Scale-III officers can apply for promotion to SMG Scale-IV
• SMG Scale-IV officers can apply for promotion to SMG Scale-V

Candidates must have been placed in their current scale on or before the following dates to apply.

• * Applicable only for officers who have completed a minimum of 4 years of rural service in JMG Scale-I. If rural service is 3 years, the cutoff date will be 01.10.2021.
• ** Applicable for officers who have completed 4 years of rural service in MMG Scale-II and have not availed rural incentive earlier.
