The IOB LBO Recruitment 2026 selection procedure involves three stages, and candidates must clear each stage to secure final selection. The final merit list will be determined by candidates’ performance in the Online Examination and Personal Interview, with weightage assigned in an 80:20 ratio.

Indian Overseas Bank LBO Interview 2026
Candidates will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview based on their performance in the online examination and their qualification in the Language Proficiency Test (LPT). A merit list will be prepared in descending order of marks obtained in the online exam for each category. The Personal Interview will carry 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview are 50% for unreserved candidates and 45% for reserved category candidates.
IOB LBO Final Selection
The final selection of candidates will be based on their combined performance in the Online Exam and Personal Interview, with a weightage of 80:20, respectively.
Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate score of 35% for the unreserved category and 30% for reserved categories in the online examination and interview combined.
