Documents Required for IBPS RRB Clerk Mains Exam 2026

To avoid last-minute trouble at the exam centre, every candidate must carry specific documents and permitted items as mentioned in the official instructions. All candidates must carry the following documents required for IBPS RRB Clerk Mains Exam 2026:

1. IBPS RRB Clerk Admit Card (Prelims + Mains)

Candidates appearing for the IBPS RRB Clerk Mains exam 2026 must bring BOTH their call letters. Make sure the photographs on both the admit card is same. Entry may be denied if there is a mismatch.

• Printed Mains Admit Card
• Stamped Prelims Admit Card

2. Original Photo ID Proof

Carry any one original government-issued ID along with one photocopy. The name, DOB, and other essential information must match the admit card. Carry any one of these IDs, original and a copy along with it:

• Aadhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Driving Licence
• Voter ID
• Passport

3. Passport Size Photographs

You must carry at least 3 passport size photoraphs, the same as uploaded on your application form. You need:

• 1 photograph pasted on the admit card
• 2 extra passport-size photographs

4. Stationery and Allowed Items

Although any sort of stationery that may be needed during the exam is provided at the exam centre. Candidates are permitted to bring only these items:

• Transparent pen
• Transparent water bottle

5. FIR (If Prelims Admit Card Is Lost)

If a candidate has lost the stamped prelims admit card, then they must lodge an FIR and bring a copy of it to the exam centre along with the Mains admit card.
