APSC Recruitment 2025-26

For all Graduated candidates, it is the best opportunity to get the Civil Service posts in the Assam Government. To be eligible for these posts, candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria in terms of Educational Qualifications and Age limit. Eligibility Criteria For APSC CCE 2025-26

To apply for these civil service posts, every candidate must know the criteria details i.e. educational qualifications and age limit. Without meet criteira, the application form will be rejected at any level during the application process.

Educational Qualification

• Degree: You must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognised University or an equivalent institution.

• Language & Domicile: You must be an original inhabitant of Assam and should be proficient in Assamese or any other official language of the state.

Age limit

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and no older than 38 years as of January 1, 2026. However, the government provides the following upper age limit extensions for specific categories:

• SC / ST (P) / ST (H): Up to 43 years (5-year relaxation).
• OBC / MOBC: Up to 41 years (3-year relaxation).
• PwBD: Up to 48 years (10-year relaxation).

What is the Selection Process?
