According to the notification dated 30 October 2026, the commission has issued three separate annexures containing the application status and related instructions.

• Annexure I – Provisionally Accepted Applications: Candidates included in this list will be provisionally admitted to the Preliminary Examination. Their candidature will be subject to detailed scrutiny and document verification during the Detailed Application Form (DAF) submission for the Mains Examination, if they qualify.
• Annexure II – Candidates Claiming Upper Age Relaxation: Candidates who have claimed upper age relaxation must submit a valid appointment order as a Government of Arunachal Pradesh employee, along with proof of three years of continuous service as on 20 October 2026.
• Annexure III – Rejected Applications: Candidates whose applications have been rejected can submit their grievances along with supporting documents to the commission within the specified deadline.
