What’s Next Stage After Result?

Those who shortlisted in the skill test will appear for the next stages of the recruitment and these are:

Download Intimation Letter: Shortlisted candidates must log in to www.osssc.gov.in starting 14 July 2026, to download their online Intimation Letter. No physical hard copies will be sent through the post.
Document Verification (DV): The physical verification of original documents will begin on 21 July 2026, at local District Collector offices.
Final Select List: After validating all credentials, the Commission will release the final merit list strictly up to 100% of the advertised vacancies.
Appointment & Onboarding: Successful candidates will be allocated to their respective posts based on their final merit, category, and preferences. Following this allocation, the concerned departments will issue formal appointment letters and onboarding details.

OSSSC RI ARI Document Verification Date Out

Based on the official notice, the Document Verification (DV) process for the shortlisted candidates is scheduled to commence on July 21, 2026. While the venues for verification will be held locally in the offices of the respective District Collectors for most regions, a unique exception has been made for the Puri district. Due to the impacts of the upcoming Ratha Yatra, candidates from Puri will instead need to attend their document verification at the main OSSSC Office located in Bhubaneswar.
