Welfare Officer: The pay scale is Level-03. Educational qualifications include 10+2 or equivalent, with a desirable qualification of having served from ex-Havaldar to Subedar Major or equivalent in the Navy and Air Force.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC): The pay scale is Level-02. Educational qualifications include 10+2 or equivalent, with computer operation and typing knowledge (Hindi and English). The desirable qualification is the same as for the Welfare Officer position.
