WBSEDCL Paper Pattern 2025

The selection process for the posts of Junior Engineer and Assistant Manager involves two stages:

1.Written Examination – The first stage is a (Computer Based Test ) CBT

  • The CBT will have a total duration of 1.5 hours which is 90 minutes. The exam will involve negative marking and 0.33 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

  • No marks will be deducted for questions that are not attempted. The paper will consist of 85 questions, carrying 1 mark each and 1 mark will be allotted for every correct answer.
