ULB Engineering Associate Selection Process 2026
The selection process varies depending on the discipline applied for. While candidates applying for Civil and Electrical Engineering Associate posts will be shortlisted based on their GATE score of the last two years, candidates applying for the Horticulture discipline will be selected through a two-stage evaluation process comprising academic assessment and a written examination. ULB Haryana Engineering Associate Contract Period
The engagement is purely contractual. Initially, selected candidates will be appointed for one year, which may be extended annually for a maximum period of three years, subject to satisfactory performance. Candidates will also have the option to indicate three preferred places of posting while applying. Either the department or the candidate may terminate the contract by giving 30 days’ prior notice. The department may also terminate the engagement before the completion of the contract period in cases of poor performance, misconduct, or administrative requirements.
