- First, go to the official government apprenticeship portal for your category (NAPS for ITI or NATS for graduates/diplomas) and register your basic details.
- Fill in your email details for an activation link, click it to verify your account, and receive your unique Registration Number.
- Now Log in to the portal to complete your full profile to confirm your registration status.
- Upload clear scans of your 10th-grade certificates, ID cards (Aadhaar/PAN), and any applicable category or displacement certificates.
- Under the Apprenticeship Opportunities tab, find your specific trade and select your preferred UCIL training unit (Jaduguda, Narwapahar, or Turamdih).
- Review all entered information again and submit your online application through the portal.
- Ensure your entire application is completed and submitted by the final closing date of February 28, 2026.

UCIL Apprentices Selection Process
Shortlisting Based on Merit: Candidates will be shortlisted purely on merit, based on the percentage of marks in the relevant qualification. Only accurate and complete information in the online application will be considered. Providing false or incorrect information may lead to disqualification.

UCIL Apprentices Salary Details
Apprentices will be paid a monthly stipend strictly as per the rates prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961, and the Apprentices Rules, 1992, including all changes issued from time to time. The stipend amount will be governed by the applicable Government of India guidelines during the apprenticeship training period.
