Technician (Diploma) Apprentices	Must hold a Full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by: A State Council or Board of Technical Education, OR A University OR An Institution recognized by State or Central Government as equivalent.
Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices	A regular, full-time degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Humanities—such as BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BBM, BCA, etc.—awarded by a Statutory or Deemed University in the relevant discipline and approved by the UGC
