Important Tips for SSC JE Exam (3–6 Dec)

Candidates must follow these guidelines on the Exam day-

  • Candidates must carry the SSC JE Admit Card (printed copy) to the examination hall. Without the hall ticket, entry will not be permitted.
  • Candidates must bring a valid photo ID Proof, such as an Aadhaar Card, a Voter ID Card, a Driving License, a PAN Card, or a Passport.
  • Candidates must carry 2 passport-size photographs (same as uploaded in the application form).
  • Candidates are advised to arrive at the examination center before the reporting time mentioned on the Admit Card.
  • Candidates must not carry prohibited items such as Smartphones, Digital Watches, Electronic Devices, Study Materials, Earphones, or Bags into the Exam Center.

SSC JE Exam Time and Shifts

The SSC JE Tier 1 Exam 2025 will be held on 3rd December 2025 and will conclude on 6th December 2025. Candidates must be aware of the shift timings to plan their travel and reach the exam centre on time. SSC JE 2025 Exam Day Instructions

Here are the key instructions candidates must follow on the exam day for SSC JE 2025:

  • Candidate must carry an original photo identity card having the same Date of Birth (including Date, Month & Year) as printed on the SSC JE Admit Card.
  • If the photo identity card does not have the same Date of Birth (including Date, Month & Year) as mentioned in the admit card, then the candidate must carry
  • In the event of a mismatch between the Date of Birth stated in the Admission Certificate and the photo ID/the certificate presented to support the Date of Birth, the candidate will not be permitted to appear in the examination.
  • The candidates will be required to write in the required space on the SSC JE Admit Card in the invigilator’s presence only after the 1st login.
  • Candidates who have not verified themselves with Aadhaar during registration are required to report at the examination centre 2 hours before the scheduled start of the examination.
