PSFCML Selection Process 2025
The selection process for PSFCML Recruitment 2025 is designed to ensure fair and merit-based hiring across all posts. The primary stage of selection involves a written examination, which will be objective in nature and conducted offline (OMR-based). Here’s how the process works:
- Written Test (100 Marks)
All eligible applicants will have to appear for a written test comprising 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The paper will test candidates on a mix of subjects including General Knowledge, English, Mental Aptitude, Arithmetic, Accounts, Computer Proficiency, and subject-specific technical knowledge, depending on the post applied for. - Negative Marking
For every incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted, emphasizing the importance of accuracy along with knowledge. - Minimum Qualifying Marks
To qualify, candidates must score at least 35% of the total marks, regardless of category. - Merit-Based Shortlisting
Selection will be based strictly on merit. In case two or more candidates secure the same marks, the older candidate (by age) will be ranked higher. - Counselling & Document Verification
