What’s Next After PGCIL Diploma Trainee Result 2026?

Those selected in the merit list will be called for document verification, where they must submit all required documents to confirm the details provided during the application process. After successful verification, candidates will be appointed as PGCIL Diploma Trainees. Selected candidates must complete one year of training before starting their job. They are also required to sign a service bond of Rs. 50,000 (Rs. 25,000 for SC/ST/PwD candidates) for a period of three years. During the training period, candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000. After completing the training, they will be appointed as Junior Engineer Gr-IV at the S1 level in the supervisory category, with a pay scale of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 1,17,500 (IDA).
