NITK Application Process 2025
Step 1. Candidates must apply online via the recruitment portal on the Institute website: www.nitkkr.ac.in
between 18.08.2025 and 30.09.2025 (11:59 PM). Go through the online application link, read the instructions, and fill out the form with accurate details.
Step 2. Incomplete applications must be re-submitted.Applications via any other mode will be rejected.Once submitted, no changes to the application will be allowed.Upload a recent passport-size colour photograph and signature.If shortlisted for a skill test, original certificates and relevant documents must be produced.
Step 3. A printed copy of the online application, along with self-attested copies of all supporting documents, must be sent by post to:Registrar, National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra-136119 (Haryana) clearly mentions the name of the post on the envelope.Only candidates who have applied online will be considered; direct paper applications are not accepted.
Step 4. Applications submitted only in soft copy will be rejected if the hard copy along with all documents is not received by 06.10.2025 upto 5:30 pm. NIT Kurukshetra is not responsible for delays or inability to submit the application due to technical issues or any other reasons.
Step 5. After submitting the form, the payment gateway will open for applicable candidates (fee not required for SC/ST/PwBD).Follow instructions for fee payment carefully.Without successful fee payment, the application will not be accepted/considered.
NITK JE Salary 2025
