NITCON JE Selection Process 2026
The selection of candidates for the Junior Engineer posts will be carried out through multiple stages to assess their eligibility and performance.
- Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on eligibility criteria and job requirements. Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage.
- CBT Exam: Shortlisted candidates will appear for a 60-minute Computer-Based Test (CBT) consisting of MCQs from Reasoning, Aptitude, English, General Awareness, and Technical subjects.
- Personal Interaction: Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be called for a personal interaction round based on merit.
