Assistant Manager	Commerce Graduate or any Graduate with Law/MBA/PGDBM or CA/ICWA or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. 5 years experience in General Administration/Personnel/Accounts in a reputed manufacturing/Govt. an organization should be conversant with Govt. Rules & Regulations on the subject. Experience in Computer Application/MS Office/Accounting Software.
Purchase Officer	Degree in Commerce from a recognized University. 3 years in Material Management, purchase order processing, Inventory Management, Bill of Materials/Vendor Development, etc.
Stores Officer	Degree in Commerce from a recognized University 3 years in inventory management in a tool room/engineering organization.
Senior Engineer	Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Production/ Mfg. Technology/Mechatronics/ Automobile) or equivalent from recognised University/Institution 3 years in the Design/Production Department of Tool Room/reputed Engineering Industry/ Organization using CAD/CAM/ CAE and CNC Technology.
Senior Technician	Diploma in (Mechanical/ Production with post Diploma in Tool Design/ CAD/CAM or Diploma in Tool & Die Making). 2 Years Experience in tool making in a reputed Tool Room/ Industrial. The establishment with exposure to CNC program/ Planning and Machinery/ Tool Tryout, Assembly/ Quality Control/ Critical Machining, Heat Treatment. Experience in VLSI/Embedded System/ Mechatronics
Senior Technician Maintenance	Diploma in (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics) 2 Years Experience as a tool maker in a reputed Tool Room/Industrial. An establishment with exposure to CNC program/ Planning and Machinery/ Tool Tryout, Assembly/ Quality Control/ Critical Machining, Heat Treatment. Experience in VLSI/Embedded System/ Mechatronics
Senior Manager	Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Technology/ Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical/Automobile) or equivalent from recognised University/Institution 8 years experience in Training/Production Department in Tool Room/reputed Engineering Industry/Technical Institution/Organisation out of which 5 years in Technical/Management position.
Manager	Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Technology/ Automobile) or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. 5 years in Training/ Production/Design Department in Tool Room/Reputed Engineering organization or Technical Institution out of which 3 years in responsible position.
