ISRO SDSC Selection Process 2026
The selection process involves a Written Test, an Interview, and Skill/Trade/Physical Tests depending on the post. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance and final merit after document verification. The process is as follows;

ISRO SHAR Salary Structure 2025-26
The ISRO SDSC SHAR salary structure is based on the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC), offering competitive pay scales along with allowances such as DA, HRA, and TA. Candidates selected under different posts will receive salaries ranging from ₹19,900 to ₹1,77,500 per month, depending on their pay level and designation.
