IRCON Manager 2026 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the post candidates should meet the prescribed qualification, experience, age and technical requirements. They must be in good health and free from colour blindness as no relaxation is allowed for this medical standard.

IRCON Manager 2026 Selection Process
Shortlisting Based on Interview :
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the walk-in interview. The interview panel will assess the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and overall suitability for the post. Selection at this stage will be purely merit-based.
Document Verification:
Candidates shortlisted after the interview will be required to undergo document verification. During this process, original certificates related to education, age, category and experience will be checked to confirm the details provided by the candidate. IRCON Manager Salary 2026
The candidate receives a monthly salary of ₹60,000 with a 5% annual increment. Along with this, they get PF, medical insurance up to ₹3 lakhs, 1 day leave per month and benefits like weekly offs, public holidays and Travel Allowance and Daily Allowance (TADA) for outstation duties.
