India Optel Technician Selection Criteria 2025
1. Shortlisting Based on Merit

Candidates are first shortlisted based on their NTC/NAC marks.

If someone has both, only the NTC percentage is counted.

For each trade, the organisation calls up to 1.25 times the number of posts for the next stage.
2. Trade Test (Practical)

This is a hands-on test to check your practical skills.

It is only qualifying, so you just need to pass.
