The selection process for the HRRL will consist of various distinct phases. Candidates must successfully clear all rounds to be considered eligible for the position. HRRL Probation & Bond
The selected candidates will be on Probation for one year from the date of joining. For candidates who have completed the Probation period, they will be considered for confirmation as per HRRL policy.

An amount of Rs. 3,000/- per month for E0, and an amount of Rs. 5,000/- per month for E1 to E5 will be earmarked as a retention amount of the total emoluments during the probation period / extended probation period. The above retention amount deducted shall be released after 3 years without interest. In case of resignation before serving the bond period, the candidate needs to settle the bond amount as per the HRRL’s Service Bond Policy.
