Candidates should have passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary Examination) or Matriculation (Class 10) with a 1 to 2-year Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate in Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services (IT/ITES) or a 3-year Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology (IT) from a recognized institute to be eligible for this recruitment.

The selection process involves the following stages:

Computer-Based Test (CBT)/Written Screening Test: This is the first stage of the selection process. Candidates must appear for an objective-type CBT or written screening test designed to assess their general aptitude, reasoning ability, basic computer knowledge, and relevant subject understanding.
