Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have Matric or 10+2 along with any one of the following qualifications:

• Regular full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering OR
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from an AICTE/UGC recognized institution
  OR
• AMIE (enrolled up to 31 May 2013)

Age Limit:

The Age Limit for the Recruitment is as follows:
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 45 years
Age will be calculated as on 1 January 2026.

HPRCA Junior Engineer Selection Process 2026

Computer-Based Test/Written Test: Selection will be based on a 120-mark objective test of 1½ hours covering subject knowledge, General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh, Current Affairs, Reasoning, English, Hindi, and Everyday Science (Matric level).

Document Verification: Candidates qualifying the test will be called for document verification to confirm eligibility, qualifications, category, and other required certificates.
