Candidates must obtain a conversion certificate from their University/Institute. If no official conversion formula is available then the percentage will be calculated by dividing total marks obtained in all semesters/years by total maximum marks.

Age Limit

Who is not eligible for HPCL Recruitment 2026 for Graduate Apprenticeship?

Only Engineering Graduates who completed their degree on or after 01 April 2023 are eligible. Candidates who completed engineering before 01 April 2023 are not eligible.

Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training with any other organisation under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (registered on the NATS portal) are not eligible to apply.

Candidates who have one year or more of work experience after completing their degree are also not eligible to apply.

How to Apply for HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainees Recruitment 2026?

Visit the HPCL Apprentice application link and choose “Sign up for New Registration.” After registering,  will receive their login ID and password on their registered email ID from the HPCL Apprentice Team.

1. Log in using your email ID and password. Only one application is allowed; hence, multiple applications will be rejected. Read all instructions carefully before filling in the form.
2. Fill in your personal details (fields marked * are mandatory), select the correct Engineering Branch from the dropdown click “Validate,” correct errors if any and then click “Save & Next.”
3. Enter your contact details, including correspondence and permanent address along with your correct mobile number.
4. Select your preferred State of Training (only one state can be selected) validate the details and proceed to the Qualification Details section.
5. Complete qualification details and upload a recent passport-size photograph and signature as per the specified format.
6. Review all details in the Preview section make corrections if required, read the declaration carefully, tick the declaration checkbox and click “Final Submit.”
7. After submission, applicants will receive a confirmation email with their HPCL Application Number.
