HPCL Apprentice Application Form  2025

HPCL Graduate Apprentice Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the selection process, it is essential for candidates to meet the eligibility criteria set by the organization.  Candidates belonging to the General, OBC-NC, and EWS categories must have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in their qualifying degree. Meanwhile, candidates from SC, ST, and PwBD categories are required to have at least 50% aggregate marks.

Age Limit as on 30-05-2025

The organization has defined both minimum and maximum age limits as part of the eligibility criteria. The minimum age limit is 18 years, and this will be calculated as on 30th May 2025.

HPCL Graduate Apprentice Selection Process 2025

As per the official notification, HPCL will conduct a personal interview as part of the selection process. The tentative month for the interview is June 2025, though candidates are advised to regularly check for updates or changes on the official website.

The final All-India merit list will be prepared based on a combination of the candidate’s academic performance in their engineering degree and their scores obtained in the interview. 

HPCL Graduate Apprentice Stipend 2025

HPCL is also offering a monthly stipend to the selected Graduate Apprentices. Upon selection, engineering graduates will receive a total stipend of ₹25,000 per month.

Out of this amount:

• ₹20,500 will be paid directly by HPCL
  
• ₹4,500 will be paid directly to the apprentices by the Government of India
