HESCOM Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Vacancy Details

Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited (HESCOM) has announced a total of 338 apprenticeship vacancies for the year 2025. These positions are categorized as follows:

• Graduate Apprentice: 200 posts
• Diploma Apprentice: 138 posts
• Total Vacancies: 338 posts

HESCOM Eligibility Criteria 2025

Educational qualification:

• For Graduates: BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics from a recognized institute (by AICTE or State government/ Central government).
• For Diploma: 3‑year Diploma in Electrical / E&E from a recognized polytechnic college or institution recognized by the State government/Central government.

Note: Candidates who have already done an apprenticeship or have extensive work experience are not eligible.

Age limit: 

Age limit will follow as per the apprenticeship rules.

HESCOM Apprenticeship Application Process 2025

For students who are already enrolled in the NATS 2.0 National Web portal.

Step 1: Go to the NATS Website. Visit nats.education.gov.in. Click on login (under “Student” tab)

Step 2: Enter your Email ID / User ID, Password, and enter the captcha to log in

Step 3: After logging in, search for Hubli Electricity Supply Company under the Apply against advertised vacancy 

For fresh students to enroll in the NATS 2.0 National Web Portal

Step 1. Go to the NATS Website

Visit nats.education.gov.in. Click on student registration (under “Student” tab) and complete step 1 process 

Step 2. Create Student Account

Fill in: Name (as per Aadhaar), Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number & Email Password of your choice.

Note: OTP verification will happen via your email/mobile.

Step 3. Complete the application form, and a 12-digit enrollment number is generated for each student

Step 4. After completion of enrollment and login, search for Hubli Electricity Supply Company under the apply against the advertised vacancy.

HESCOM Recruitment Selection Process 2025

The selection process for the HESCOM (Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited) apprenticeship is based on merit — there is no written exam or interview. First, interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria (like having a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics) must apply online through the official portal. Once the application period ends, the authorities will prepare a merit list by shortlisting candidates based on the marks they secured in their qualifying exam (degree or diploma).

If your name is on the shortlist, you will be called for document verification. You must appear in person at the HESCOM office (in Hubballi) with all your original documents.

Selected candidates for the HESCOM apprenticeship will receive a monthly stipend during the training period. The amount depends on the qualification category:

• For Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 9,000 per month
• For Diploma Apprentice: Rs. 8,000 per month
