IIT Guwahati has officially declared the GATE 2026 Result on 19 March 2026 at the official GOAPS portal www.goaps.iitg.ac.in. Candidates who appeared for the GATE 2026 Exam conducted on 7, 8, 14, and 15 February 2026 can download their Results PDF to check their marks and qualifying status by using the GATE Login portal with their Enrollment ID and Password.

How to Check GATE Result 2026

The steps to be followed for downloading the GATE Result are given below:

• Visit the official GATE portal https://gate2026.iitg.ac.in
• Click on the Application Portal.
• Enter your Enrollment ID, Password and Captcha.
• Click Login to open the GATE 2026 Result page.
• Download and save your result PDF.

The Scorecard will be available from 27 March 2026 at the same GOAPS portal. Candidates will be able to download their scorecard till 31 March 2026. From 1 June to 31 December 2026, candidates will be able to download their scorecard with a fine of ₹500/paper.

GATE Score Card 2026

The GATE 2026 scorecard will be issued to candidates who qualify after the results are announced on the official GOAPS portal. Although candidates can check their marks and rank immediately, the official link to download the scorecard will be available from 27 March 2026. Candidates who qualify can download their scorecards for free from their login portal until 31 May 2026. After that, from 01 June to 31 December 2026, the scorecard can be downloaded only after paying a fee of ₹500 per test paper. Candidates should keep a soft copy of their IIT Guwahati GATE scorecard, as it is valid for three years for M.Tech admissions and is also an important document for PSU recruitment.
