GATE 2023 Exam Preparation Strategy- Last-Minute Tips

The GATE 2023 Exam is going to be held in the upcoming February for the 29 disciplines. Most of the candidates must have completed their syllabus now and are confused about many things related to the exam. Here are the tricks and tips applicable in the last month for the GATE 2023 Examination.

Revise Summary Daily:

The students have covered almost all of the topics important for the exam and prepared a summary of them. It is strictly required to revise the summary daily and if some of the aspirants have not prepared it yet then don’t worry still u can recall some of the key points important from the exam point of view by preparing the summary from the mock test given by you.

Don’t Study New Concepts Now:

As there is only a month left so the students might be thinking that they should study each and every topic to ace the exam, but it is not correct. If your mind is comfortable with adopting the new concept then only study the new concept otherwise avoid it. Most of the study too much the last time and get confused at the time they are taking the question paper.

Practice PYQs Properly:

The candidates should practice GATE’s previous year’s question paper multiple times as they will be able to understand what is the exact demand of the question paper which they are going to take.

Follow the CTQ approach Now:

The students should study the concepts only by CTQ(Concept Through Questions) approach now, rigorous study of the concepts should be avoided as it is going to just time taking and hectic for you now.

Don’t Panic about the mock score:

Most of the students are taking mock tests daily and sometimes they get very good scores while other times they get very less score. Aspirants are advised not to get worried by the mock score as it is not the real exam, the purpose of mock should be to increase the accuracy only.

Maintain Good Health:

The candidates sometimes get too much busy studying that they don’t maintain their health properly and get sick at exam time. so, it is required to take good care of their health before the exam.
