FCI JE Exam Pattern 2023 For Phase 1
The FCI JE 2023 Phase 1 Exam is common irrespective of the post applying for. The key details related to FCI JE Exam Pattern 2023 are given below:
- Stage 1 will consist of One paper only.
- It will be for 100 marks and questions will be on English Language, Reasoning Ability, Numerical Aptitude, and General Studies.
- There will be a total of 100 questions each carrying 1 mark.
- For every wrong answer, one-fourth of the mark will be deducted.
- The duration of the Stage 1 exam will be 60 minutes.

FCI JE Exam Pattern For Phase 2
The key details related to FCI JE Exam Pattern for Phase 2 are given below:
- The Phase 2 exam will consist of 2 papers, i.e. Paper I and Paper II
- The whole exam will be 240 marks in total.
- Paper I will be of 120 marks and the questions will be asked based on General Aptitude, English Language, Computer Proficiency, General Awareness, Current Affairs, and Data Analysis/Numerical Ability.
- Paper II will also be of 120 marks and the questions will be based on subject knowledge
- For every wrong answer, one-fourth of the mark will be deducted.
- The total duration of the Phase 2 exam is 150 minutes, 90 minutes for Paper I and 60 minutes for Paper II.
- Qualifying Phase 2 exam will make a candidate eligible for the document verification process under the FCI Junior Engineer Selection Process.
