ESIC Selection Process 2025 for Junior Engineers

The selection of candidates for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical) will be carried out in two stages as detailed below:

1. Interview

• The Selection Committee will conduct interviews  and shortlisting will be done purely on the basis of the information provided in the application form and the candidate’s professional background. The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) offers a competitive salary to Junior Engineers (Civil/Electrical) for an initial period of one year, extendable based on performance.
