EdCIL follows a two-step application process for hiring interns in various departments. Candidates must first register on the NATS portal, followed by submission of the EdCIL application via Google Form. The application window is open from 02 January 2026 to 19 January 2026 and both steps are mandatory for consideration. The applicants must generate 16 digital entrollment number from the NATS Portal and then apply through Google Form.

How to Apply for EdCIL Graduate Apprentices Recruitment 2026?

EdCIL Graduate Apprentices 2026 Selection Process
The EdCIL for the Graduate Apprentice selection process will occur in the following stages:

Merit-Based Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted strictly on merit. If the number of applicants exceeds five times the vacancies, shortlisting is done based on final degree percentage marks to limit it to the most eligible candidates.

Interview & Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates are called for an online interview, followed by document verification. Intimation for the interview is sent via email/SMS, and category-wise reservation norms are applied as per rules.

Final Selection: The final merit list is prepared by giving 80% weightage to degree marks and 20% weightage to interview performance, ensuring a balanced assessment of academic record and interview performance.
EdCIL Graduate Apprentices Salary 2026
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. This includes ₹10,500 paid directly by EdCIL and an additional ₹4,500 credited through (Direct Benefit Transfer) DBT under the NATS scheme. The combined stipend ensures regular financial support during the apprenticeship period.
